Still not in the File menu, rather you need to invoke it via keyboard shortcut

OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 4 brings back one of the oldest features in computing, as requested by numerous Mac users who discovered the hard way that Lion didn’t have a “Save As” function.

Softpedia was the first to publish an extensive article detailing the exclusion of Save As in Lion, days after the OS had shipped to the masses. Our site has since churned out another article regarding the exclusion of Save As in Lion and how it has affected users. It seems Cupertino has heard our cries.

Mountain Lion, the next major Mac OS shipping next month, brings back the Save As function, albeit only via keyboard shortcut – Command-Shift-Option-S.

It eludes us why Cupertino has been so reluctant to just put it back in where it has always been, as requested by everyone. Not a single comment in both aforementioned articles says anything positive about this change. Honestly, Apple.
