Mobile phone maker Motorola is reportedly gearing up for the launch of three new handsets, namely the Motorola Sholes Tablet, Motus and Zeppelin. A recently leaked roadmap from the company, for the Q4 2009 / Q1 2010 time frame, shows that these devices should come to the market in the near future, and that all three of them are high-end.

Moreover, the leak also points towards the order in which the handsets will reach the market, with the Motorola Sholes Tablet being the first of them, set for launch sometime in the early 2010, and with Motorola Motus and Zeppelin following shortly. However, in case the Motorola Sholes Tablet will indeed come to the market with this name, it will follow the already rumored and highly-expected Android-powered Motorola Sholes that should arrive to Verizon either as Droid or Tao.

A series of specifications on the new handsets also emerged, and they show that the Motorola Sholes Tablet is expected to feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen display that boasts a 480 x 854 pixel resolution, with an 8-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus and Xenon flash, 720p video via HDMI, HSUPA connectivity, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g w/ DLNA capabilities.

As for the Motorola Motus and Motorola Zeppelin, they seem to sport the same specifications, although they come to the market with different looks. Both handsets are expected to include a 3.1-inch touchscreen display that boasts a 480 x 320 pixel resolution, as well as a 5-megapixel photo snapper each, and HSUPA and Wi-Fi 802.1 1b/g connectivity.

There are no other details available on the new handsets, yet they appear on a roadmap that also shows the already launched Motorola Cliq, previously known as Morrison, as well as the Motorola Sholes that should reach Verizon's airwaves really soon. Read more about the leak here.
