Unveiled two weeks ago in Europe, Motorola XOOM Media 2 has just been spotted at FCC (Federal Communications Commission) with AT&T radio. Although the carrier has yet to make any official announcements, the tablet should hit shelves by the end of the year.

This version of XOOM Media 2 seems to feature 3G compatibility, but lacks LTE support. The rest of the slate’s features will probably be the same as the variant announced last month.

The tablet is powered by Android 3.2 Honeycomb and sports dual cameras, along with an 8.2-inch capacitive touchscreen that boasts 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, which is protected against scratches by Gorilla glass display.

On the inside, the tablet is equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual core NVIDIA Tegra2 processor, 16GB onboard memory, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
