Cingular will apparently be getting their own version of the 3G Motorola RAZR, as the V3xx - also known as the MotoRAZR xx - was recently approved by the FCC and is expected to be released very soon.

The new of version of RAZR is a quad-band GSM/EDGE with 850/1900 WCDMA, info that gives us a hint that it's probably going to end up in Cingular's back yard, and features a 1.3 megapixel camera and a MicroSD slot that can't miss from any of today's mobile phones, considering the fact that most handhelds come with insufficient internal storage space and users tend to want to store more and more multimedia contend.

It is yet unknown whether the V3xx will have video calling support, although the phone is rumored to have a second camera. The pictures and diagrams could be considered proof to the existence of the second camera, but there is no mention whatsoever in the phone's manual about this.

Apart from that, the handheld will surely have support for both video and audio streaming and stereo Bluetooth. Needless to say, Motorola V3xx will look the same as all of its RAZR brothers out there and will still measure 103 x 53 x 15 mm and weigh 107 grams.

If the V3xx will turn out to be a 3G handset, it will probably become pretty popular among Cingular cutomers. Other than that, it's just another Motorola RAZR phone. The new version of RAZR has not officially been announced by Cingular and there is no surprise that there is no information regarding either price or release date.
