The company is trying not to repeat the flub that was the Xoom tablet

Motorola is one of the companies less fortunate on the tablet front, but it keeps trying, its latest move involving the Xyboard slate.

The Xoom tablet, Motorola's first slate, was something of a failure that later products used in advertising by saying how much better they were, compared to it.

The 8.2-inch version, called simply Xyboard 8.2, is now up for order in a bundle with a free portfolio case and an HD dock, all for $399 / 299.41 Euro.

Normally, the case sells for $39 / 29 Euro and the dock has a price of $49 / 36.77 Euro.

Just hurry up if you want to benefit from this promotion because it expires on February 29. And check out the more or less similar deals for the $499 Xyboard 10.1 too.
