Motorola RAZR V Lands in Australia via Optus

Motorola RAZR V has just been launched in Canada through Bell. Today, Motorola Mobility and major carrier Optus have announced the immediate availability of the smartphone in Australia.

According to AusDroid, Motorola RAZR V is available on a 24-month contract at $35 AUD per month with a monthly handset repayment of $4 per month. This will raise the value of the package to $936 AUD.

The RAZR V is a slim (8.4mm) Android phone that packs a powerful 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform and features a hyper-vibrant 4.3-inch ColorBoost capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution.

There’s also an enhanced 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary front-facing camera for video calls.
