Motorola RAZR Now Available in the UK

Mobile phone maker Motorola has unveiled to the world a new high-end Android-based smartphone a few weeks ago, the Motorola RAZR, and the device is already available for purchase on the UK market.

Online retailer Clove UK has just added the new mobile phone to its offering, after announcing last week that it has been delayed a bit.

Today, all those who would like to purchase the handset will find it available via the retailer's website here, featuring a price tag of £454.80 unlocked, VAT included ($730 / 530 Euros).

Running under Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and set to get a taste of the Ice Cream Sandwich OS next year, the new Motorola RAZR is one of the nicest devices that Motorola launched in the past few months.

The handset is very thin, while also being durable, as Motorola made its back out of kevlar. Moreover, the device is splash-proof and also features a durable display, since Corning Gorilla Glass protects the Super AMOLED Advanced screen.

The handset runs under Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and offers support for a variety of Google Mobile services, as well as for apps and games that can be easily downloaded via the Android Market.
