One of Rogers exclusive smartphones, the Motorola RAZR will soon make its way to Fido, rumor has it. Although there are no details on the handset’s exact release date, it’s highly unlikely to see this one hit shelves by year’s end.

According to the folks over at MobileSyrup citing multiple sources close to the matter, Motorola RAZR will go live at Fido sometime in Q1 2012. No info on the price tag either, but we can assume that it will at least match Rogers’ offer.

Fido has recently launched a bunch of mediocre handsets, such as the Samsung C414, Samsung Galaxy Q and LG Gossip Pro, but also some worthy of attention like the BlackBerry Curve 9360 and Sony Ericsson Xperia pro.

Hopefully, the carrier will add more high-end devices next year, such as the Motorola RAZR and Galaxy Nexus.
