14 DAY TRIAL // As expected, Motorola has just made the Moto G 4G LTE smartphone available in the United States. Officially unveiled earlier this month, Motorola Moto G 4G LTE is the slightly improved version of one of the most popular Android smartphones launched by the US-based handset maker, the Moto G.
Beginning today, Motorola and Android fans alike can order the Moto G 4G LTE via the company’s official webstore for just $220 (€160) off contract. Both white and black color options are now available for purchase.
It’s also worth mentioning that the Moto G 4G LTE can also be purchased via Amazon US for the same price. Customers can opt for either the black or the white version of the smartphone.
Unlike the original Moto G model, the enhanced variant comes with 4G LTE support, as well microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
Aside from that, there aren’t any differences in terms of hardware and software between the two smartphones. This means that you should expect the Moto 4G LTE to ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box, along with a decent enough 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor.
The phone also sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating. There’s also a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, as well as a secondary 1.3-megapxiel camera in the front.
