It’s been less than a week since Flipkart sold all its remaining stock of Motorola Moto E units and the Indian retailer has just announced that the smartphone is available for purchase once again.

This would be the fourth or fifth time that Flipkart starts selling the Moto E again. It’s unclear why the India retailer only offers limited quantities given the smartphone’s amazing popularity among Android fans.

The main issue is the fact that the smartphone is sold out very fast and the retailer rarely announces when exactly the Moto E will be back in stock.

If you are lucky enough to check out Flipkart’s webstore at the right moment, you may get yourself a Motorola Moto E easily, but otherwise, you will have to refresh the retailer’s page pretty often if you really want the device.

The good news is that Flipkart continues to keep the Moto E’s price very low, so customers can still purchase either the white or the black versions for just Rs 6,999 ($120 / €85) outright.

Given the fact that it comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box and offers dual-SIM capability, this is a great deal for customers in India.

Other alternatives to the Moto E have already been released in the country from native companies like Micromax and Lava Mobiles, but they are hard to find as well.

And it’s not only the fact that it comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, but Motorola has already confirmed that the Moto E will receive the latest version of Google’s mobile platform, namely KitKat 4.4.3.

Aside from the positive software aspect of the smartphone, the Moto E also comes with a decent enough hardware configuration inside. For example, the device is equipped with a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, an Adreno 302 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

It also packs 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card. Motorola Moto E sports a 4.3-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports qHD (540 x 960 pixels) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

On the back, it features a 5-megapixel photo snapper with video recording, but no LED flash. The smartphone also lacks a secondary front-facing camera.

If you are one of those people waiting for the Moto E to get back in stock at Flipkart, you might want to hurry and place your order right now.

Update 1: The black version of Moto E is now out of stock. You can only order the white model now.

Update 2: Both Motorola Moto E color version are now out of stock.
