Motorola Inc. has announced through its Enterprise Mobility Solutions business the newest additions to the Total Enterprise Access Mobility (TEAM), the TEAM Radio Link Solution (TEAM RLS) and the TEAM Radio Link Solution Express (TEAM RLS Express). Based on Motorola's vast knowledge in push-to-talk (PTT) technologies, these new solutions allow enterprises to benefit from a reliable, two-way radio system in order to upgrade and simplify their communication methods. TEAM RLS and RLS Express will be able to provide the right device for each type of activity, at the same time maintaining a good and reliable communication between groups of users.

Motorola's prior experience in developing two-way radio systems, combined with the award-winning TEAM Voice-over-WLAN (TEAM VoWLAN), has managed to provide an array of innovative solutions and break the interoperability barriers.

TEAM RLS provides the organizations with a module to the TEAM VoWLAN solution able to deliver unparalleled interoperability, enabling PTT group communications between TEAM VoWLAN smartphones, TEAM badges and even mobile computers equipped with TEAM Express. TEAM RLS is designed to reduce operational and hardware costs, improve efficiency, as well as notable increases in safety and productivity.

Motorola's TEAM RLS Express, functioning as a stand-alone version of TEAM RLS, is designed for companies that don't require full VoWLAN integration, allowing basic PTT between Express-enabled devices and two-way radios. TEAM RLS Express enables customers to establish a fast and reliable voice interoperability, giving workers access to faster, easier means of communication, thus increasing productivity. TEAM VoWLAN can be added to TEAM RLS with a simple software upgrade (PBX integration).
