Motorola Launches Java&Linux Hybrid E895 at JavaOne

As mobile phones become more and more important in our lives, the top manufacturers are striving to develop evermore advanced models, providing lots of facilities as well as an improved security system.

And the new model from Motorola is really satisfying every requirement. Launched today at the JavaOne Conference 2005,
the new clamshell E895 is fitted with a new operating system called JUIX, which combines Linux and Java technologies.

Amongst the most important features provided by this handset are the Tri-band GSM system with EDGE, the 1.3 megapixel digital camera with a led flash, Bluetooth and a TransFlash memory card slot.

"By marrying top technology performance with cutting-edge multimedia features and high-end design this handset gives consumers the flexibility and confidence to customize their mobile experience -- to fit their world, their needs" said Tracey Koziol, Vice President & General Manager, GSM Product Line Management, Motorola, about the new model.

The Motorola E895 model will be available in stores starting from the 4'th quarter of 2005.
