For luxury lovers

Goldstriker International brings us another luxury edition mobile phone, the Motorola KRZR, which was recently dressed in platinum and Swarovski crystals. As you probably know, Motorola KRZR is by default a fashion mobile phone, so adding a luxury cover only makes it even more appealing for those who want to look "precious".

Goldstriker is known for dressing in valuable metal different other handsets, like Apple's iPhone, Nokia Luna, Nokia 8800 LG Prada, LG Shine and even Motorola's KZR. So the fact that it also made the KRZR look richer doesn't come as a surprise. No less than 336 Swarovski crystals dress the fancy phone, and together with the platinum coat they make it look a bit too glamorous. And this is not quite a good thing (or maybe it's just me and my "non bling-bling" tastes).

We're not sure whether it's the KRZR K1 or the KRZR K3 model that got the Goldstriker touch, but in both cases the handset will not bring high-end technical features, as KRZR is firstly a mobile phone that scores high on design and doesn't pack outstanding features. To be honest, its features are far from being outstanding, if we think about the weak processor, the doubtful audio quality or the small internal display. Anyway, the rest of the features that KRZR has are decent and won't disappoint if you don't expect too much from it.

Motorola KRZR in platinum and Swarovski crystals will be available for the price of $1,200. A lot when compared to KRZR's normal price, but not when compared to other luxury edition phones which can have price tags comparable to a BMW or a Mercedes car. Most probably, Goldstriker will release the platinum handset pretty soon, offering rich people the chance to make it an extravagant Valentine's Day gift.
