It’s been only a week since the first specs of the unannounced Motorola DROID Turbo leaked online and now the smartphone’s User’s Guide has been spotted as well.

Since Google has decided to go with a single Nexus device that boasts a huge 5.9-inch display, Motorola canned the smaller version of the Nexus 6, which was supposed to feature a much smaller 5.2-inch display.

Well, in fact the smartphone will be launched under Motorola’s brand, but it is likely to pack the same specs. The so-called Motorola DROID Turbo will be exclusively available at Verizon Wireless in the coming weeks, but we expect the smartphone to be launched at other carriers under different names as well.

The DROID Turbo’s specs were spotted earlier this month at GFX Bench website, and judging by the list of features this is definitely the mini version of the Nexus 6.

Unfortunately, given the fact that the smartphone will be available through various carriers, it will certainly come with bloatware, so the difference will be huge for those who want a clean Android OS.

Nevertheless, the DROID Turbo will be quite a powerful smartphone, now if only it were priced lower than other high-end devices that would seriously boost its sales.

Moving on to specs, we know the DROID Turbo will come with a 5.2-inch QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) capacitive touchscreen display and a powerful 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor inside, that goes along with an Adreno 420 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM.

The benchmarking results from GFX Bench also mentioned the DROID Turbo would pack an impressive 20-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Today, the folks over at AndroidPolice report the Motorola DROID Turbo’s “User’s Guide” has been spotted at MotoFirmware.com and at least one of the leaked specs gets confirmed.

Apparently, the DROID Turbo is likely to pack a 21-megapixel monster camera with dual-LED flash. The guide also includes info on some of the features included, such as Moto Actions, Display and Connect.

Furthermore, the guide also confirmed the DROID Turbo will feature Qi wireless charging capabilities and will be fully compatible with Motorola’s turbo charger.

According to the guide, Motorola DROID Turbo will only accept nanoSIM cards and it will also come with NFC (Near Field Communication) and 3.5mm audio jack.

We expect the DROID Turbo to be announced soon after or at the same time Google launched the Nexus 6, but we wouldn’t be surprised if Verizon and Motorola decided to make it available slightly sooner.
