A new mobile phone has just made an appearance on the NenaMark website, none other than the long rumored Motorola DROID RAZR smartphone, which might become available for purchase at Verizon Wireless in the United States before the end of the ongoing year.

Apparently, there are people who already have a DROID RAZR in their hands and they are interested in learning how well the mobile phone would fare in a GPU benchmarking test.

As the photo attached to this article shows, the mobile phone is expected to arrive on shelves with a 960×540 pixels qHD resolution display of unknown size.

Chances are that, the same as some of the latest smartphones from Motorola, the new mobile phone will also pack a 4.3-inch screen, yet that remains to be seen.

In addition to these pieces of info on the handset's screen, the NenaMark listing also shows that the upcoming device might be powered by a 1.2GHz application processor.

Rumor has it that this would be an OMAP 4430 dual-core CPU, capable of providing the device with increased raw power capabilities.

The benchmarking site did not offer specific info on the availability or pricing of the new device, yet it might not be too long before these details are made available.

The Android-powered mobile phone was spotted not too long ago in Verizon's internal systems, which shows that the wireless carrier has already started preparations for its arrival.

The one thing that should be noted here is the fact that the new mobile phone is expected to arrive on shelves under the name of DROID HD, though the fact that NenaMark lists it with a qHD screen does not seem to confirm that.

Some suggested that this might be yet another mobile phone set to land at Verizon with support for the carrier's 4G LTE network, but confirmation on this hasn't emerged as of yet.
