It looks like Verizon Wireless prepares for the launch of the DROID RAZR, as the carrier has just uploaded a teaser on YouTube that hints to the upcoming release of the smartphone on November 11.

Simply put, “the DROID RAZR by Motorola. Only at Verizon. Arriving 11.11.11. 11:11AM .“ The video is not a commercial per se, it's just a short teaser meant to raise customers' excitement around Motorola's superphone.

In addition, the carrier plans to release the HTC Rezound on November 14, only three days after the DROID RAZR hits shelves.

So, we already have two release dates, for the DROID RAZR on November 11, and for the HTC Rezound on November 14, but we still don't have any official information on the Galaxy Nexus launch date.

According to the latest hearsay, Verizon Wireless is expected to come live with the Galaxy Nexus around the Black Friday (November 25), but before that rumor has it that the Android 4.0 device could be released on November 17.

When we look at these dates we can see a pattern, DROID RAZR – November 11, HTC Rezound – November 14, Galaxy Nexus – November 17.

If Verizon Wireless is indeed planning to release the Galaxy Nexus on November 17, a three days window between each launch event seems decent enough, but I'm not sure about the marketing strategy that the carrier has in mind.

However, the Galaxy Nexus release date might have been pushed back a bit to the end of the month to make room for DROID RAZR and HTC Rezound.

Even though the smartphones are quite different, they will probably be priced quite similarly, which will make it even harder for customers to choose their preferred device.

Just to recap, the DROID RAZR and the HTC Rezound will both be offered for as low as $300 (217 EUR) with new two year agreements. It will be interesting to see if the Galaxy Nexus will be available for the same amount.
