Motorola's upcoming superphone seems to be one of the fastest, strongest and slimmest smartphone to be released on the market. Or at least that's how the company describes its unannounced device in a video teaser.

Although no details about the hardware configuration of the alleged Motorola DROID HD (DROID RAZR) have been revealed by the manufacturer, it appears that the first specs of the device leaked courtesy to the guys over at BGR.

According to them, Motorola DROID HD / DROID RAZR is equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4G LTE support and 4.3-inch display.

In addition, BGR's trusted source confirmed that the phone is “thinner and faster than the iPhone 4S".

Motorola DROID HD / DROID RAZR is expected to be announced by Motorola and Verizon Wireless next week, on October 18.
