Motorola DROID 4 is about to make its debut in the United States. The smartphone was spotted in Verizon’s Systems almost a month ago and is expected to arrive in stores on December 8.

It appears that the device has just received FCC (Federal Communications Commission) approvals en route to Verizon Wireless. According to the filed documents, the DROID 4 will be delivered with LTE support and a high capacity 1,785 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Even though DROID 4’s release might coincide with Galaxy Nexus’ launch date, the former comes with appealing specs that will surely attract lots of Android fans.

In this regard, the Motorola DROID 4 has been confirmed to carry a full QWERTY keyboard, a brilliant 4-inch Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen display, as well as dual cameras.
