Motorola DROID 4 Receives DLNA Certification

Motorola and Verizon are reportedly gearing up for the release of Motorola DROID 4 in the coming weeks, and more proof that this will indeed happen has just emerged.

The smartphone has just received DLNA certification as Motorola XT894, though it appears that it was at DLNA since October 2010.

The smartphone is expected to arrive on shelves at Verizon with the same looks as the RAZR, though featuring a QWERTY keyboard, the same as the rest of the handsets in the DROID family did.

Rumor has it that Motorola and Verizon are gearing up for a February launch, though the official announcement on the new smartphone should emerge before that.

Hopefully, the two will make the new mobile phone official as soon as next week, during the CES 2012 fair, set to kick off in Las Vegas on January 10.
