Wireless carrier T-Mobile is expected to soon come to the market with a new device added into its Android lineup, namely the Motorola Charm. Spotted into the wild about two weeks ago, the new mobile phone has made it to the headlines several times before, as newer details on it surfaced, including a live photo. Following those reports, additional details on the specifications list of the forthcoming handset have just emerged, offering us the possibility to make a better idea on what T-Mobile has in store for its users.

First of all, we should mention that the Motorola Charm was rumored to hit the shelves with Google's Android 2.1 operating system on board, on top of which Motorola might have pre-loaded its own user interface, MOTOBLUR. The platform should get along pretty well with the 600MHz application processor the mobile phone includes, which is complemented by 512MB of RAM and by 512MB of ROM. On the front, the upcoming device would sport a QWERTY keyboard, which should be accompanied by a 2.8-inch touchscreen display (most probably of QVGA resolution), a recent article on TmoNews reports.

These are the only specs currently available on the Motorola Charm, but more on it might emerge in the near future. According to previous reports, the upcoming mobile phone would sport a price tag of $269.99 if purchased free of contract, while being priced at $74.99 on a 2-year contract after mail-in rebate. Additionally, it seems that the wireless carrier would also plan on including it in its back to school promotion, which would offer users the possibility to purchase the device for free.

Of course, it still remains to be seen when T-Mobile would plan on making the Motorola Charm available for purchase, as well as whether the leaked info on the handset would pan out in the end, so keep an eye on this space for additional details on the matter.
