The high-end smartphone could go for $600 contract-free

Last week, Canadian wireless carrier Bell announced the upcoming availability of a new high-end smartphone from Motorola on its network, the ATRIX HD LTE.

The operator said at the time that it aimed to release the phone in early August, and some more info on the matter is now available.

Apparently, August 2nd was pinned down as the launch date for Motorola ATRIX HD LTE, a leaked document that emerged over at MobileSyrup unveils.

No info on the contract price it might sport emerged, but we shouldn’t expect it to be low, since this is a high-end smartphone. Rumor has it that it could go for $600 (€490) contract free.

The 8.4mm thick ATRIX HD LTE arrives with a 4.5-inch 720p display, a dual-core 1.5GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, and with an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with full HD video recording capabilities.
