Well aware of the fact that India is one of the most important mobile markets in the world, Motorola has recently announced three new handsets for Indian users, all of them being released under the Yuva brand. The handsets are MotoYuva A810, MotoYuva ZN200 and MotoYuva W388, and will be commercially available starting October.

The most advanced of the three new Moto phones is MotoYuva A810. Released in China as Motorola A810, the handset features a 2.2-inch TFT touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixels and 262K colors, tri-band GSM connectivity with GPRS and EDGE, a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording, Music player, a 3.5mm headset jack, Bluetooth with A2DP, stereo FM radio, Opera 8.5 browser, email and microSD card support. The A810 weighs exactly 100 grams, measures 105 x 51 x 14 millimeters, and comes with a Li-Ion 910 mAh battery capable of providing up to 4 hours of talk-time or up to 150 hours of stand-by time.

MotoYuva A810 should have a retail price of only 8,119 INR (175 USD, or 120 Euros) and it will be sold in two color versions: dark blue and white.

Already available in Brazil, MotoYuva ZN200 is a slider that packs a nice range of mid-end multimedia features. These include a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, Music player, FM radio, CrystalTalk technology, quad-band GSM connectivity, email, Web browser, 30MB of internal memory, and support for microSD cards of up to 2GB. MotoYuva ZN200 will be priced at 6,719 INR (145 USD, or 100 Euros).

Coming in a candybar form factor, MotoYuva W388 also features Music player, FM radio and CrystalTalk technology, but it has only a VGA photo camera and 7.5MB of internal memory (expandable, of course). The phone will retail at 3,640 INR (78 USD, or 54 Euros).

“Our Yuva family of mobile phones offers Indian consumers a diverse range of affordable options,” declared Senior Director and Head of Sales and Distribution at Motorola Mobile Devices, India and South West Asia, Lloyd Mathias. “There's a Yuva phone to suit everyone's style this festive season.”
