MotorStorm Pushed for a Short Period

Probably all you lucky PS3 owners out there were eagerly waiting for another next-gen title. I have to bring some sad news to you now, as I must reveal that the PS3 racing game, MotorStorm, has been delayed.

Not by much, as only a week has been added to your waiting time and this delay applies only to the Japanese version. According to fragland, the game was due to come out on December 7th, and now, its release date has been set for December 14. I don't know if US or European release dates are going to be affected by this delay, but I will report it for sure once I have confirmation.

MotorStorm is being developed by Evolution Studios, best known for WRC Rally Evolved, WRC II Extreme and WRC Word Rally Championship. Considering that Evolution Studios is a British video game developer, maybe MotorStorm should come out first in Europe.

If you are curios about the look of this game, all you have to do is search youtube, where you can find footage of a tech demo that "leaked" in March of this year. This demo shows a yellow buggy and a Motorbike cutting through mud and splashing mud onto a white van.

MotorStorm will have a wide range of vehicles to choose from, such as dirt bikes, ATVs, sand rails, rally cars and monster trucks.
