The racing simulation title comes with a completely overhauled engine and superior visuals

Developer Milestone has announced that its upcoming racing game MotoGP 14 will be launched on June 20, marking another exciting moment in motorcycle racing history.

The announcement comes from the MotoGP Facebook page, where the cover art of the various editions of the game was revealed, along with the information that pre-orders of the game come with an exclusive gadget that varies from retailer to retailer.

The upcoming MotoGP title will feature a ton of improvements all across the board, from enhanced social integration to a completely redesigned game engine that will introduce new real-time lighting effects and greatly improve its visual level of detail on all platforms.

In addition to the visual and technical overhaul, MotoGP 14 will also contain gameplay modes such as Time Attack and Real Events, allowing players to participate in various scenarios from the real life 2013 MotoGP Season.

Keeping with the trend so far, the World Championship mode features all the teams and riders from the 2014 MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 categories, and the Grand Prix mode lets players customize a wealth of racing options, allowing them to create their own events, from a quick race to a full weekend of competitions.

MotoGP 14 is coming out on June 20, for the Windows PC, the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita platforms from Sony, and the Xbox 360 home entertainment system from Microsoft.
