On Monday, mobile phone maker Motorola made available for download a new version of the Moto Care application for its users, while also announcing a name change for it.

Starting with version 1.2 of the application (the software is up for grabs as version 1.2.11 at the moment), users will see it under the name of Motorola Help, the company has unveiled.

In fact, the name change has been already operated in the Google Play Store, which means that they should also be visible in the software’s user interface.

The same as before, Motorola Help will provide users with all the info they need to learn all there is to know on their Motorola smartphones.

“View FAQs, tutorials and tips about your phone - plus, get direct access to real people at Motorola Customer Care when you need more assistance,” the company notes in the app’s description.

The software was released with support for devices running under Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and newer OS versions. Motorola Help can be downloaded and installed on handsets such as Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, Droid Mini, Moto X, and Moto G.

Users interested in the latest version of the mobile client should head over to the Google Play store to grab it.
