The clip is less than one minute long, but it conveys the shock the driver got when a mother and her two kids popped up right in front of him.
He was increasing speed and hit the boy and girl. They bounce off and they are thrown onto the pavement. The mother picks up the youngest child, who seems OK.
Her daughter picks herself up and also looks as though she is not injured.
