Molly Schuyler, from Nebraska, shed the knife and fork and proceeded to devouring the huge lump of beef with her bare hands in an incredible 2 minutes and 44 seconds. The slender woman beat the previous record of a “body building huge man” in half the time, with no worries about the coming episodes on indigestion.
The record breaking eating session was posted on YouTube and amazed viewers from all over the world. Despite the gigantic size of the dish, Miss Schuyler emptied her plate with an unbelievable speed and then added some extra fries and a big glass of water.
The mother with an incredible large appetite was on a record breaking spree as just a day before she just smashed another record, eating and incredibly 12 lb (5.44 kg) sandwich, 1 lb (0.45 kg) of fries and a gigantic soda in the Mad Greek Challenge in Portland. She was the only woman to finish the challenge and it took her almost 54 minutes, winning a well-deserved cash prize.
Last year, Molly competed in more than 20 food eating competitions across the country amazing everyone with her unbelievable speed eating skills. Ms. Schuyler works as a restaurant server and describes her abilities as an “unexplained phenomenon” she was born with. She began using it as an actual record smashing skill just one year ago, notes Daily Mail.
The world's independent competitive eating organization called All Pro Eating declared her as the world's number one female eating champion. Her victories became famous all over the world and, as surprising as it may seem, the woman is at slim as it gets, as if the food she eats doesn't even count.
