Mortal Kombat is out this week on the PlayStation Vita and, in order to really show off the array of features packed into the fighting game, developer NetherRealm has posted a launch trailer for the title.

Mortal Kombat has impressed a wide array of gamers last year when it arrived onto the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms. With the PS Vita version, which is out this week around the world, NetherRealm wants to bring that same experience to gamers on the go.

We’ve already heard quite a few things about the title, we've admired some gameplay videos, and even an impressive live action commercial.

Now, the launch trailer for Mortal Kombat on the PS Vita has appeared, showing off the wide array of features included in the game.

From the regular fighting, to the special mini-games included in the two Challenge Tower tournaments, you get to admire lots of footage with Mortal Kombat on Sony’s portable console.

The actual game is already out in North America and will appear in Europe on May 4.
