14 DAY TRIAL // Machinima and Warner Bros. are launching a new official trailer for the upcoming second season of the web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy, which is set to span ten episodes and will push the story of the universe forward.
The trailer focuses on the many characters that will make an appearance, including such exotic names as Kenshi, Mileena and Stryker, but also more familiar faces like Scorpion and Raiden.
The web series is directed by Kevin Tancharoen and one episode will be delivered each week.
The first season managed to get 60 million views and was used to promote the most recent Mortal Kombat title.
Developer NetherRealms is at the moment working on Injustice: Gods Among Us, a fighting game that uses the extensive lineup of the DC comic book universe and will launch later during 2013.
