Warner Bros. and NetherRealm have confirmed that a special Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will be launched at the beginning of March, which includes the full game as well as the variety of DLC that was released for it.

The Mortal Kombat reboot that appeared last year delighted millions of fans from all over the world, as it finally went back to what made the franchise so great: intense combat and gory executions.

Now, after more than 3 million copies were sold, NetherRealm, its developer, and Warner Bros., its publisher, have confirmed that it will be part of a re-release called Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition.

This new version of the fighting game includes the original title, as well as all the DLC that was launched for it since its initial release. The DLC includes new warriors like Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, or Freddy Krueger, not to mention 15 Klassic Skins and 3 Klassic Fatalities for existing fighters.

The Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will be released on March 2, for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
