While fleeing from Scorpion in the pits of the Netherealm, Quan Chi discovers an ancient tomb which contains the remains of the mummified bodies of the army of the Dragon King, the first emperor of Outworld (and the inspiration for the MK Dragon logo). Learning that the army is invincible and undefeated while resurrected, he realizes that he must find a way to implant warrior souls to fully resurrect the army. Therefore, he proposes an alliance with the evil Shang Tsung where his part of the deal will be immortality if he agrees to help him in his quest. Shang Tsung accepts the deal and the Deadly Alliance is born.
However before they could begin a total domination of the realms, the two sorcerers decide to destroy the only two beings that could prevent their goal of absolute conquest. The first was Shao Kahn, the Emperor of Outworld, who was murdered by the two sorcerers after they had made a false show of allegiance. They then travelled to Earthrealm by means of a powerful mystic portal known only to sorcerers and deities, and attacked the undisputed and reigning
Attack Early At the loading screen before the fight, unplug your controller, then plug it back in. You will now be able to move around and attack before it says Fight. This is better for taking care of harder enemies, by getting a head start in the match.
Secrets
Infinite Koins Master Code 1.) Choose a Vs. Game and load a profile for each fighter,
2.) Wager one round normally with R2
3.) After first fight have ONLY P1 open the wager tag,
4.) Have P1 press right, you will hear a koin sound,
5.) Then press up, now you will hear koins being bet,
6.) The sound will stop so then press R2 again to exit the wager,
7.) Now both players choose a character,
8.) Have P1 beat P2, P1 will win the koins, but P2 will NOT lost anything.
Okay below is the key to what koins you will bet so for objective 4 just press right as many times need for whatever koin you desire.
When you open the wager tab with P1 the koins are as follows to bet since you can't tell what koin you are betting.
This is for gamecube. On the character select screen, press X for the handicap bar. Bring te handicap all the way down ( 10%). After this, both players should be Cyrax ( CN: 3003 platinum Koins in Krypt). Next, both players should walk close to each other. After this, press foward, back B ( Close Bomb). On the last round, do it again. Although both players are dead, one of the players will stand, while the other player is dizzy. Hope you have fun doing this glitch!
NOTE: You will not be able to do a fatality. Also, the game will choose the winner.
