Cedric Orvoine, who is the director of communications at the Ubisoft Montreal studio, has stated that about 200 people are now busy working on the upcoming Rainbox Six: Patriots, with the size of the team an indication of how interested the publisher is in making the best game it can.

Ubisoft has unveiled the new Rainbox Six game via a pretty slick video presentation which shows how the player will tackle the same situations using multiple perspectives, some being those of victims or even terrorists.

The game will see the Rainbox Six teams tackling a number of domestic terrorism incidents that seem to be generated by an anarchist with an anti-capitalist agenda.

The development team said that it aimed for a more action-driven experience that would be faithful to the core principles of the franchise.

Rainbox Six: Patriots is set to be launched on the PlayStation 3 from Sony, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PC at some point during 2013.
