“Underworld: Awakening” is out in January 2012 and will mark Beckinsale's return to the franchise she once said she'd left for good.

The unofficial synopsis now making the rounds online also says fans are to expect a surprise from Selene: a daughter, who is also pictured in one of the shots in the gallery above.
