It seems that the BlackBerry Tour 9630 will become available in Canada via Bell Mobility, at least this is what the latest reports on the Web suggest. In addition to the fact that the phone might soon become available in the country, the rumors also show a new series of specifications for it, along with a new photo.

According to the leaked document with the BlackBerry Tour 9630's specs, it should come to the market with an HVGA display that can boasts a 480 x 360 pixel resolution, as well as support for 65k colors, a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus and flash, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and the 35-button QWERTY keyboard that also features backlight.

In addition, the mobile phone also comes to the market with 256MB of internal flash memory, a microSD memory card slot for additional storage space, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, micro-USB port, GPS receiver with support for BlackBerry Maps and a media player with support for MP3, MPG4, WMA, H.264, WMV or AAC file formats.

When it comes to the connectivity options that the BlackBerry Tour 9630 will become available with, we can count quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900MHz), single-band UMTS / HSPA (2000MHz), and dual-band CDMA / EVDO Rev A (800 / 1900MHz). It seems that the device will come without Wi-Fi capabilities, though it sports 3G capabilities.

The handset measures 112 x 62 x 14.2mm and weighs 130g, while including a 1400mAh battery, the performance of which is unknown at the moment. Unfortunately, it seems that no exact release date with Bell in Canada has been unveiled so far, and there are no details on the price tag it should feature either, though more info should surface in the near future, in case the device is actually on its way to the carrier.
