Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 or "Burn! Hot-Blooded Rhythm Soul: Hey! Fight! Cheer Squad 2" is a rhythm video game developed by iNiS and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. It is the third game to use this type of gameplay and is the sequel to Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. The game has 4-player wireless play, supports the Nintendo DS Rumble Pak accessory and was released in Japan on May 17, 2007. As in the original game, this sequel is played almost entirely via touch screen. The player acts as the Ouendan, who cheer on the people that are in turmoil and shout out for them (original "Black" Ouendan control the west side of that world, the new "Blue" Ouendan control the east side.)

During actual gameplay, the player must tap colored circles at the precise time in order to cheer the character through his or her problems. The top screen displays the character overcoming his dilemma. If the player's cheering
is good, then the meter at the top of the screen stays in the yellow and the character is seen triumphing over whatever it is holding them back. If the player's cheering is bad, then the meter on the top of the screen falls to the red and the character struggles. If his or her cheering is bad enough, the meter will hit the bottom and he or she has failed the mission.
