No matter what you've heard, even 80 Plus Bronze is a big accomplishment

There are many power supplies that still don't have even the lowest 80 Plus rating (simple called 80 Plus). They just don't get covered in the news much, unlike the ones that do have a good efficiency, like the Integra M from Fractal Design.

80 Plus Bronze rating means that a power supply has an efficiency of 82% at 20% load, 85% at 50% load, and 82% at 100% load.

The new Integra M not only offers this efficiency, but it is also modular. Or they are, since it's a whole range of PSUs, not just one, with outputs of 450 W, 550 W, 650 W and 750 W, respectively.

Well, actually some cables (20+4-pin cable; 12V CPU cable, and one PCI-E cable on 650 W+ models) are fixed, since it's assumed they are always used. So I suppose semi-modular is a better term.

Another good mark is the 140 mm length, short for a PSU and thus compatible with smaller cases. Moreover, the use of an extra-long ATX12V cable makes it easy to install the Integra M, any Integra M, in a bottom-mounted PSU bay.

Other assets worth mentioning include a temperature-controlled 120 mm fan and protective circuits (OPP / OVP / UVP / SCP / OCP).

The Fractal Design Integra M PSUs have prices of $54.99 / €49.99 to $84.99 / €74.99.
