14 DAY TRIAL // Danielle Lloyd, who shot to fame after being stripped of her Miss Great Britain title in 2006, has since enjoyed a successful career as a glamour model and media personality. Last night, Lloyd was rushed to the emergency room after being left in a bloody mess outside a London club, following what her publicist described as an “unprovoked attack” from two female clubbers, the Daily Mail informs.
The night started out just fine, with Danielle arriving at central London Crystal club in the company of her boyfriend Jamie O’Hara, and posing for pictures for the paparazzi gathered outside the popular venue. Hours later, the 25-year-old star was lying on the pavement outside the club, with several lacerations on her legs and covered in blood, as friends were trying to help her get up, presumably to take her to the hospital. The women pictured with Lloyd, those trying to help her out, are also sprayed with blood.
Lloyd’s publicist is telling the police and the British media that two women attacked Danielle without provocation and flung her onto a table of drinks, which would explain the cuts on her legs. In fact, the rep says, the injuries she sustained are so severe that she will have to undergo emergency surgery on a leg. An injury on her back, also described as very serious, required stitches upon arrival at the hospital.
“Danielle sustained a serious wound to her back which required stitches upon arrival at hospital. The injury to her leg is more serious. Danielle had been socializing with six friends, including her boyfriend Jamie O’Hara, when the unprovoked attack occurred at around 2.30am. Danielle was thrown on to a table of drinks by two females. An ambulance was called and Mr. O’Hara awaited its arrival outside before travelling with Miss Lloyd to the hospital.” the publicist tells the Mail.
This is not the first time that Danielle Lloyd ends up seriously hurt from an altercation. A while back, one of O’Hara’s exes attacked her in a club and punched her so bad she suffered a broken lip that also needed stitches. Similarly, before heading into modeling as a full-time job, Lloyd, who has admitted to a history of domestic abuse, was attacked by her then-boyfriend and dragged from a moving car. She sustained injuries and bruises on most of her body and lost almost all her hair, the same publication says.
