Moby is not just a fairly successful musician, but also a vegan and an animal rights activist. Therefore, it should not come as a shock that he is not a big fan of marine park SeaWorld, especially now that documentary film “Blackfish” has exposed its cruel ways.

On January 1, 19 members and supporters of green group PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) were arrested after crashing the New Year's Day Rose Parade in Pasadena, California and trying to keep the SeaWorld float taking part in it from moving forward.

It did not take Moby a lot of time to learn about this incident and, shortly after the news reached him, he took to Twitter to show his support of the animal rights activists taken in police custody.

“A 12 y.o girl and my wheelchair bound friend Gretchen were arrested protesting seaworld today. Dear sea-world, you’re losing. #Blackfish,” the musician wrote on Twitter.

Judging by how “well” things have been going for the marine park over these past few months, something tells me Moby's tweet is dead-on.
