14 DAY TRIAL // Mobio Networks, a company that makes compelling applications for mobile phones has finally launched GetMobio, the first mobile lifestyle portal that offers over 50 free applications and widgets for mobiles. The GetMobio lifestyle portal can be downloaded on the company's website and will provide users with instant access to their favorite web content and services directly from the mobile phone.
The free service includes more than 50 applications, widgets and RSS feeds and the portal also offers collections of Web service mash-ups like the hottest nightclubs, restaurants, movies and local events. GetMobio will ship with ten collections for free as a part of the US based download. All of the applications that GetMobio includes were designed to be used with very few clicks and minimal data entry (or none at all), in order to avoid a more complicated user experience, and are compatible with most of today's popular mobile phones like the Motorola RAZR and others. New applications will be delivered directly onto the mobile phone as they become available.
