Everyone appreciates a good mobile phone game, especially if you can actually download it for free. MobileRated , the wap and web portal that provides all those free and highly enjoyable games for your mobile phone has recently announced the top ten free mobile games for December 2006, determined by the number of downloads. Jamtris becomes the most popular of the ten mobile phone games, provided that tetris games will always be appreciated, followed by 5ud0ku, a Sodoku puzzles game. On the third and fourth spots you will find Duum and Doom 3D, both being MsV developed first-person shooters, one adapted for mobiles from Wolfenstein 3D and the other, obviously, from the popular PC game, Doom. The list continues with Gallaxy Attack, a shoot'em up arcade game, and ends with Age of Dragons, a real time strategy game where players are supposed to gather resources and train units in order to defeat their enemies. Spot number seven is occupied by Mobile Cobra Strike, followed by Fighters, developed by Ed Prado and vPoker, a Video Poker game, on spot number nine. Among MobileRated free games you will also find demos, trials and ad-support games. The games are provided by third-party developers and hosted by the wap portal. All of the mobile phone games, also known as java midlets, j2me games, java games, and/or mobile games, are presented totally free to customers who can easily find exactly what they are looking for due to the fact that the games are rated, categorized and ranked by popularity.
