Taito, the Japanese game developer, announced that one of the most attractive puzzle games ever created will be soon available for mobile devices, via North America. Bust-A-Move: Mobile Mania is the game we're talking about and it brings a brand new network option that enables players to compete against other players on different mobile phones, offering the same excitement as the classic arcade game does.

"Classic puzzle games with networking options are a natural fit for the mobile platform. Fans who remember playing these games on consoles and in the arcades can have the same great play experience on their mobile handsets", said Keiji Fujita, producer of Bust-A-Move: Mobile Mania.

The mobile version of Bust-A-Move features the same captivating gameplay that made the original game a huge success all over the world. Besides the happy-colored bubble popping madness that fascinated fans since the release of the game, Bust-A-Move: Mobile Mania offers the network multi-player option that can provide a lot of fun to those competing against each other.

By the end of this year's fall, AT&T and T-Mobile will make Bust-A-Move: Mobile Mania available via their networks in the US and, in 2008, other important mobile carriers will make the game available too. The game's price is not known yet, but it will be determined by each operator separately.

Taito Corporation is a subsidiary of Square Enix Co., Ltd. and it's headquartered in Tokio, Japan. Its first game, Space Invaders, was released in 1978, opening a new path for the computer entertainment. Taito created successful games for every major platform over the years and, lately, it brings games to the mobile platform too, via major US mobile carriers or on-line portals and distributors. The company develops and distributes games that please and satisfy gamers of all kinds.
