‘Mob Wife’ Renee Graziano Gets $30,000 Surgical Makeover

VH1’s latest reality show “Mob Wives” proved to be a hit after just one season and, since it’s coming back for another round, feisty Renee Graziano wants to be ready. Consequently, she’s getting a full-body makeover.

Graziano, who made quite an impression on the audience last season with her ability to throw a punch and her very flammable temper, is determined to correct some flaws here and there – and she’s willing to drop serious cash for it.

The reality star tells TMZ she already went under the knife for the full-body makeover, estimated to cost about $30,000.

“‘Mob Wives’ star Renee Graziano plans to kick off next season with a LOT more booty – telling TMZ, she went under the knife yesterday for a $30,000 full-body surgery,” the e-zine writes.

The part of her body she wanted to fix first was her backside, which is why she got a lift to make it perkier.

“Renee says she was a little nervous about the 5-hour procedure – but gave it a lot of thought, and ultimately decided to take the plunge. According to Renee, the ‘full-body lift’ also includes a tummy tuck,” TMZ further writes.

Still, there’s one aspect Graziano wants to be very clear on: the reason she got so much surgery. It’s not because of the show, she says, it’s because she needed it.

“The mafiosa tells us, she’s not getting the surgery because she’s self-conscious – she’s getting it because she gained a lot of weight since Season One... and she’s always wanted junk in her trunk,” TMZ writes.

“According to Renee, the show had nothing to do with the procedure – ‘Mob Wives’ didn’t pressure her to get the work done... and they didn’t pay for it either,” says the e-zine.

Nevertheless – and oddly enough – Graziano also tells TMZ that, once the 10-day recovery period is over, she’s ready to show off her new body: how else, but by shedding her clothes.
