This year accessories are back in fashion, especially when it comes to mobile phones. MoPods are the latest collectable cellular charms which come in adorable and difficult-to-resist shapes.

There are seven MoPods in total, each with a strong personality bound to be cast upon the handset and the owner too. All mini characters live inside a transparent dome and immediately come to life when the mobile phone starts to ring or a text message is received. They start to rapidly spin in their position while a little light flashes at a fast pace.

Customers can choose from having a MoPod with a puppy, a monkey, I-penguin, devil, kitten, monster or the new Golden Penguin, designed for the more fashionable phones. There is little surprise that such little accessories have such a tremendous success. They have no practical use, other than that of displaying a statement of personality.

The only situation when they might prove to be helpful for the mobile phone user is when the phone is in silent mode, but its owner can still be warned that he is being called. The twirl of the funny characters along with the flashing lights will make it obvious in a silent way that there is an incoming call.

MoPods have found fans among people of all ages. Children just love them, but, still, it is suitable for children of at least 8 years old. Producers present these little objects are suitable even for being worn on belts or clothes, not only attached to the personal handset. Moreover, they make excellent collectable items, especially as it is not all that difficult to gather all seven available animals.

MoPods are compatible with GSM networks such as T Mobile, O2, Orange Virgin and Vodafone. They are available for any mobile phone users from Asia in exchange for 5 euros. That's quite affordable for cuteness packed in a dome.
