14 DAY TRIAL // The official full-length trailer for Tom Cruise's latest installment in the “Mission: Impossible” franchise, called “Ghost Protocol,” has finally been released. It promises one crazy, adrenaline-packed ride.
Ever since the film started shooting, fans have been bombarded with on-set images and footage, and countless rumors. By the time the teaser dropped, hype had already build up.
The full trailer is just as action packed as the teaser, with the slight difference that it offers a bit more insight into what we might expect from the plot.
Cruise is back at the helm, in the role that made him the biggest Hollywood action star with the other “M:I” films, but now his mission is bigger and more important than ever, because his own life is at stake.
Luckily, he's not alone.
“Ghost Protocol” also stars Jeremy Renner (who will reportedly take over from Cruise in future installments), Paula Patton, Josh Holloway, Ving Rhames, Michael Nyqvist, Anil Kapoor, Lea Seydoux and Vladimir Mashkov.
It's out in IMAX theaters on December 16 and will make its premiere on regular screens a few days later.
