Trista Reynolds, the mother of a toddler going missing from her dad's home since December 2011, has followed the man and accused him of the murder, following a court appearance.

Christian Post described that father, Justin DiPietro, was in court on Wednesday over a violation of his conditions for parole.

He had been sentenced to suspended prison time for an assault charge with no connection to the case of his daughter, Ayla Reynolds.

DiPietro was ambushed by Reynolds and a group of supporters, who were all asking him about Ayla's whereabouts.

They also called him a “murderer” as he was trying to escape Trista and a dozen of people holding him accountable for the disappearance.

DiPietro hid inside the Portland Police Station, then fled the scene. He was alone with the girl and his mother on the night Ayla vanished from Waterville. She was just 20 months old at the time.
