14 DAY TRIAL // If you didn’t believe Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton’s tweets the other day about how they’re not really breaking up as some tabloids would have you believe, perhaps a photo can convince you.
The two singers have made their first red carpet appearance since the breakup rumor started making the rounds in the media and online, at the same NBC event for The Voice where Christina Aguilera showed off her new figure and gorgeous makeover.
You can see one of the photos snapped on the occasion attached to this article. Clearly, these two look as in love as ever, so this should literally put the divorce rumor to rest.
As we also informed you a short while ago, it started to make the rounds after a 23-year-old woman identifying herself only as an “artist” told the tabs that she and Blake had been having an affair and that she was probably not the only one he was cheating on Miranda with.
Instead of going through the traditional channel and releasing a statement through their respective publicists, Miranda and Blake squashed the rumors their own way, by laughing them off on Twitter.
“Hey @mirandalambert... I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart!!!” he wrote.
“Oh no! Can't wait to read if we make it or not,” Miranda responded, prompting her husband to tweet back, “Ba! Ha! Ha! You see y'all!!! I'm making her funnier!!!”
“@blakeshelton why are we tweeting each other when we are literally laying an inch apart? Wait...don't answer that....:) #keepitclean,” Miranda added.
As we also noted yesterday, Christina Aguilera also showed up at the same NBC event even though she’s no longer on the panel of judges on The Voice because she’s taking the time off to focus on her music career.
Not only did she unveil a much slimmer figure, but she also showed off a subtle and gorgeous makeover, earning warm praises from her fans and the media alike.
