The latest version for Miranda is, like many others before it, a maintenance build that simply fixes issues in order to improve overall stability of the program and its functionality.
As such,
Miranda 0.9.43 brings to the table better image services and repairs various problems with three of the bunch of supported protocols: Gadu-Gadu, ICQ and MSN.
Users transferring images lacking a file extension through Gadu-Gadu should no longer encounter problems when receiving them.
In the case of ICQ, two problems have been eliminated, one of them being a possible crash. The other dealt with issues occurring upon sending messages.
Problems with file transfers also affected MSN, only they would manifest when the operation was cancelled.
Miranda is a multi-protocol instant messaging solution, whose functionality can be greatly expanded through the usage of various plugins.
