14 DAY TRIAL // Only a few days have passed since the last Miranda update and the developer has already rolled out a new release. Miranda IM 0.10.6 does not bring to the table any new features as its purpose is set to increasing stability and functionality.
The changelog for the new release is one entry long and fixes a problem that had been dealt with in the previous release, too. The issue was Jabber-related and consisted in the fact that Android users employing Gtalk would not be assigned the “On the phone” status that indicated they were running the messenger from a mobile device.
The problem was clearly not fixed at that moment and the developer had to address it again, in Miranda 0.10.6.
