A new minor build for Miranda IM is currently available for download. The fresh release falls short of new features, but it incorporates a couple of repairs that refer to Jabber protocol.

The developer addressed the XMPP-related problem with a crash that occurred on account of using mood messages. The second entry in the change log that touches on the application itself is repairing the problem with XStatus.

A third line is also available and announces copyright updates.

Miranda IM is a multi-protocol messaging application; it includes support for AIM, Facebook, Gadu-Gadu, Jabber, ICQ, IRC, MSN, Yahoo but it is not limited to these alone. The application is highly customizable as far as functionality, sounds icons or other type of content is concerned. You can check the list of changes here.
