Owners of Windows Phone smartphones can expect a Mint.com application to be available for them starting with December 2013 or January 2014, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

As WMPoweruser notes, the application was promised about a year ago, and was said a few months back to be en route to the Windows Phone platform in time for the holiday season, but it seems that there might have been some setbacks.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Mint.com is available for users in the United States and Canada as a free web-based personal financial management service. It offers account aggregation through Intuit.

With the service, users can track bank, credit card, investment, and loan transactions from a single place, and the availability of said Windows Phone application will enable them to do so straight from the comfort of their mobile phones.
